Here i am, as i promised in my earlier post, (help on linear algebra problems) where i mentioned that i will write about Trinomial Factorization this post is going to help you solve the algebraic equations quickly. Let me first brief you with the Trinomial factorization and following will be an example.
Trinomial Factorization:- To factorize a quadratic trinomial find two numbers whose sum is equal to the co-efficient of x and whose product is equal to the constant term. Hence trinomial factorization always result in two numbers or values.
Find an example to solve a problem on Trinomial Factorization, this will help you understand it better.
Solve a problem
x^2+9x+20=0
To factorize above equation
find two numbers whose sum is 9 and whose product is 20
two such numbers are 4 and 5
because(4+5=9, 4*5=20)
therefore
------> x2+4x+5x+20=0
------>x(x+4)+5(x+4)=0
------> (x+4)(x+5)
coefficient =4+5=9
constant= 4*5=20
Did you check the steps required to solve trinomial factorization, it is easy right now try doing it by yourself and let me know regarding it. Leave your comments on the post as this is going to help me post, more better :-) .
